As well as the Bowls Green, we have 2 snooker tables and 2 flexible spaces that can be used for bridge, dominoes, quizzing, social gatherings, or pretty much anything you can think of.
We play social and competitive bowling from April to September and run a team in the Bolton Municipal league.
Social and Competitive snooker is played throughout the year.
The upstairs place is completely flexible. Currently it’s used for Table Tennis, Bridge Clubs, Dominoes, and Tai Chi. Please use the contact form or email us on heatonvillageclub@gmail.com if you would like any information.

There are 5 levels of membership yearly membership:
Social Membership - £35
Bowling - £65
Snooker - £65
Full Membership - £115
Social Membership includes access to all groups and clubs that are run by Club members, including Table Tennis
CLUB HOURS
Monday – Sunday - 10.00am until 10.00pm
The green is open every day in the season and is always available provided it isn’t needed for competition play or for maintenance.
Room Hire
We have two attractive rooms available for hire They can be hired for a morning, afternoon or evening session. The rooms can be hired for one off events or on a weekly or monthly basis. Each room has kitchen facilities, tables and seating and the upstairs room will comfortably take 40 persons. We have recently installed a vertical lift for those who have difficulties with stairs. The Green is available for social bowling throughtout the season.
Events and Competitions
The club holds competitions and events throughout the year. Please keep an eye on the calendar or the club notice board to keep up with upcoming events.
League Bowling

Turn up and play throughout the day and evening.
Competitions
The Sutcliffe Cup is the club’s annual knock out competition. It’s played on a handicap basis and all snooker members are very welcome to enter. Please complete a contact form or leave a note on the snooker notice board at the club.
Community
For a number of years we have run bowling coaching sessions for children from two local schools during the summer term. The feedback from the children and their teachers is always fantastic and the club members really enjoy sharing their passion.
In the past we’ve participated in a government funded scheme 'Playing for Success'. Local Scout groups have also run a number of sessions on the Green. We offer these free of charge and are always happy to try and accommodate.
