A reminder that the finals of the knockout bowling competition, organised for us by Francis Warren, are scheduled to take place on Sunday, 6 September, starting at 11am. Spectators are very welcome throughout the day.

The planned running order of the four matches is
1st MIXED PAIRS 👏
2nd MEN'S DOUBLES 👏
3rd LADIES SINGLES 👏
4th MEN'S SINGLES 👏

There will be a break between the second and third matches for pasties and peas. A barrel of beer, wine and soft drinks available for a donation. We would like as many spectators as possible to attend even if you are only able to watch one or two of the matches so please pop in. There have been good competitions through to the finals.
About Us
At Heaton Village Club we have an excellent Crown Bowling Green. Inside the clubhouse we have a Snooker room with two full-sized tables, and in addition there are two flexible spaces that can be used for bridge, dominoes, quizzing, social gatherings, or pretty much anything you can think of.
We play Social and Competitive bowling from April to September and run two teams, one in the Bolton Municipal league and one in the Bolton Mills league.
Social and Competitive snooker is played throughout the year.
The upstairs place is completely flexible. Currently it’s used for Table Tennis, Bridge Clubs, Dominoes, Yoga and Tai Chi. Please use the contact form if you would like any information.

2026/27 MEMBERSHIP fees
There are 4 levels of annual membership:
Social Membership - £38
Bowls - £72
Snooker - £72
Full Membership (includes Bowls & Snooker) - £125
Social Membership includes access to groups and clubs that are run by Club members but excludes snooker and bowls.. Table tennis is available to all.
CLUB HOURS
The club itself is open Monday – Sunday 10:00 am until 10:00 pm, other activities may start or finish at different times.
The green is open every day in the season, April - September, and is always available provided it isn’t needed for competition play or for maintenance.
